Municipal Engineering Services is the TOTAL package.  Our surveying services are provided in-house utilizing the latest technology including software, Leica Robotics and GPS products.  We currently have 3 Professional Land Surveyors on staff and surveying personnel to accomplish every task.

MESCO staff has completed surveying services, including 45-50 easements, for the following project for the Town of North Wilkesboro, NC:

US Highway 115 South Sewer Improvements

The proposed sewer improvements project is intended to provide gravity sewer service to a large residential and commercial area that has long-standing, documented issues with on-site septic tank/leach field systems.  The project will involve the installation of approximately 26,7600 linear fee of 8-inch through 12-inch gravity sewer lines and will provide service hook-ups for approximately 150 new customers.
